Frequently Ask Questions
Are there other drinks available than beer?
If you’re not a fan of cask and craft beers, we’ve still got plenty of choice. There will be a selection of lagers, ciders, wines, prosecco, non alcoholic beers as well as a range of Gin from our friends at the Gin Shack
When will the beers be announced?
We hope to be able to announce the Brewery Bars around December, with a full beer list in the new year. Due to ongoing supply issues for a lot of breweries, lists may vary up until the week of the festival. During the event you will be able to access our live beer listings which will have up to date availability of the beers across sessions
Is there any seating at the Festival?
There is a limited amount of seating on the first floor of the Winter Gardens. There is an accessibility lift that can be used if required. The tables and seating is on a first come, first serve basis, and we do not reserve these except for extenuating circumstances
Can I purchase tickets as a gift?
Tickets can be purchased for other people in the same way. Your ticket will be emailed to you when purchase is complete, and this can be sent on to the recipient or printed
Are tickets refundable?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds on ticket purchases, however tickets are transferrable and can be resold.
